Emily is a Chartered Accountant (FCCA, U.K. & CA, Malaysia) with more than 25 years of experience. Her expertise is rooted in auditing, accounting and costing, gained from tenures at major audit firms and multinational companies. As a director of one of Synergy's associate companies, Emily bridges the gap between finance and corporate secretarial services.
Kah Seng holds Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from Anglia Ruskin University with over 20 years of experience. A key director within the associate network, Kah Seng ensures the technical precision of the firm's financial services. He is instrumental in the "entrepreneurial pipeline" of Synergy 101, helping to spearhead and grow the independent associate companies under the Synergy brand.
Doreen has more than 40 years of HR experience across the manufacturing, retail and healthcare sectors, Doreen leads our full-career life cycle management. She acts as an outsourced HR Director for our clients, managing the full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment to complex industrial relations.
Ee Von has been with Synergy 101 since 2021 and in 2024, she was promoted to Payroll Lead. Ee Von holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. She leads by example with exceptional diligence. Her meticulous oversight and strong commitment to accuracy and compliance have consistently elevated the quality and reliability of our client payroll services.
Eng Kian supports operations by maintaining the firm's servers, firewalls and network configuration in-house. He is responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly without technical disruptions while overseeing the security and storage of the company's extensive digitized documents. He is also a payroll specialist.
