The idea to start a payroll, HR, accounting and finance outsourcing business came to Lee Phing back in the days when she used to work in multinational corporations as a payroll accountant.
She quickly realised the potential and benefits of outsourcing when her company used an external payroll outsourcing provider for their needs. She instantly saw how much more efficient businesses could be if they had outsourcing especially if these services were extended to smaller companies like SMEs.
If SMEs had assistance for payroll, HR, finance and accounting, they wouldn’t have to worry about setting up HR or finance departments within the company. They could focus all their energies on growing their businesses.
