Current Available Positions:
Finance Executive
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform finance and accounting responsibilities.
- Perform month-end general ledger closing activities.
- Deliver above tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Engage with internal team and external customers in delivering the duties.
What you’ll need to be or have:
- Fresh graduate with Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification, or Accounting Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Independent, confident and yet able to work effectively as a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good written and oral English skill is essential.
- Have a “can-do” attitude, good follow-through and strong work ethic.
- Able to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment.
Payroll Executive
What you’ll be doing:
- Timely preparation of salaries for clients’ employees.
- Maintain appropriate monthly payroll records and track changes in remuneration, promotion
and resignation. - Handle administrative payroll duties such as data entry of new appointment, and ensure filing
of documents are in orderly and timely manner. - Preparation of monthly statutory for submission to relevant Statutory Bodies.
- Input data from time sheets and individual time cards to computerized payroll system.
- Preparation of year end EA forms.
What you’ll need to be or have:
- Fresh graduate with Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, or
Diploma holder with relevant working experience. - Knowledge in related statutory acts and knowledgeable in Malaysian Labour Laws.
- Hand’s on knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Independent, confident and yet able to work effectively as a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good written and oral English skill is essential.
