Current Available Positions:

Finance Executive

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform finance and accounting responsibilities.
  • Perform month-end general ledger closing activities.
  • Deliver above tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Engage with internal team and external customers in delivering the duties.

What you’ll need to be or have:

  • Fresh graduate with Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification, or Accounting Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Independent, confident and yet able to work effectively as a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good written and oral English skill is essential.
  • Have a “can-do” attitude, good follow-through and strong work ethic.
  • Able to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment.

Payroll Executive

What you’ll be doing:

  • Timely preparation of salaries for clients’ employees.
  • Maintain appropriate monthly payroll records and track changes in remuneration, promotion
    and resignation.
  • Handle administrative payroll duties such as data entry of new appointment, and ensure filing
    of documents are in orderly and timely manner.
  • Preparation of monthly statutory for submission to relevant Statutory Bodies.
  • Input data from time sheets and individual time cards to computerized payroll system.
  • Preparation of year end EA forms.

What you’ll need to be or have:

  • Fresh graduate with Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, or
    Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge in related statutory acts and knowledgeable in Malaysian Labour Laws.
  • Hand’s on knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Independent, confident and yet able to work effectively as a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good written and oral English skill is essential.
  • Have a “can-do” attitude, good follow-through and strong work ethic.
