Synergy 101 Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Synergy 101”) values your privacy and strives to protect your personal data in compliance with Malaysian laws. Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as “PDPA”) came into force on 15 th November 2013. In our effort to ensure compliance to PDPA, we wish to draw your attention to Synergy 101’s Privacy Policy as follows:-

All the personal data you have provided to our company shall be or is being processed or collected and further processed by our company for the Purposes stipulated in below. By virtue of the PDPA, our company are hereby required to inform you of your rights and choices, inter alia, as to the scope and limit of your personal data to be supplied and/or to be processed by or on behalf of Synergy 101 . By submitting your personal data to Synergy 101 , you hereby consent and authorize Synergy 101 as an employer, potential employer and as Human Resource service provider to use, collect, record, hold, store, adapt, process in whatsoever way your personal data as well as to release and disclose to any third party during the course of our business and pending the fulfillment of the Purposes hereinafter defined.

Therefore, kindly be informed that the personal data provided by you may be used and processed by us for the following purposes:-

  • assessing your application, facilitating job placement and extending employment offer;
  • continued provisioning of Synergy 101’s product and/ or Human Resource outsourcing services;
  • finance operation including to verify and process payment, billing and billing enquiries;
  • responding to your enquiries and investigation of complaints, suspected suspicious transactions;
  • research purposes including statistical analysis for services and products improvements;
  • to meet legal and regulatory requirements such as payroll processing, statutory payment and reporting;
  • verification purposes with third party such as credit bureaus and to perform employment reference check;
  • other purposes as permitted by applicable law or with your consent;
  • and all other purposes arising out of or incidental to or ancillary or in amplification to any of the foregoing purposes and/or for such purposes whenever deem just, fit and proper by our company and in fulfilling our obligations as employer or potential employer, and as Human Resource service provider to our clients.

Further, please be informed that:-

  • if required for any of the Purposes, your personal data may be disclosed to any of our affiliate companies; customers which you may be placed at to deliver our services; financial institutions and charge or credit card issuing companies with which you have or propose to have dealings; and to such parties and statutory bodies as may be permitted or required under Malaysian law who may be located within or outside Malaysia. Save for the foregoing, your personal data will not be knowingly disclosed to any third party;
  • you may at any time hereafter make inquiries, complaints and request for access to, or correction of, your personal data or limit the processing of your personal data by submitting your written request to Synergy 101 Solutions Sdn. Bhd., 1-4-7, Krystal Point Corporate Park, Jalan Tun Dr. Awang, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang; and
  • your personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary to fulfil the Purposes. All your personal data will be destroyed or permanently deleted if it is no longer required for the Purposes for which it was to be processed.
